Evening's Delight |

For
those of you who
don’t know me (and for those of you who do, I’ll repeat it again!), I
LOVE
Albuquerque! It is surrounded by views of mountains on every side and
the
sunsets are more often amazing than not. I watch sunsets quite a bit
and last
April I was driving up by Tramway Boulevard and Indian School Road. I
looked
out West and saw the volcanoes silhouetted against yet another
silhouette of
Mount Taylor in the distance. The sunset was almost a pure pink and I
knew I
had to capture that Evening’s Delight
in a print. The pink was very unusual. Here it is July and I’m still
watching
sunsets. Since that night, they’ve all had a hint of orange to them,
but not
one has been a clear pink like it was that April night. |
